Every Somnic comes with a 60-night sleep trial. If it isn't helping you sleep better, send it back for a full refund.

60-night sleep trial You have 60 nights from the delivery date to try your Somnic. If you're not completely satisfied, you're entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return Visit our contact page with your order number and we'll email you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received, we'll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges Want a different colour? Start a return and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or defective items Every Somnic is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us for a free replacement.
