We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times 2-8 days.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Somnic is not responsible for any customs-related fees or delays once the shipment reaches the destination country.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 21 days after you receive your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team with:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Somnic cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to update the address.
